Briana Gochenour has extensive expertise in facilitation of large-scale training and technical assistance initiatives, conference and event coordination, and administrative and project management. She is committed to and passionate about accessibility and equity of services, family and community engagement.
Gochenour manages the Urban Special Education Leadership Collaborative, a national network of education administrators responsible for policy, procedural, and programmatic decision-making affecting children and youth with disabilities and other diverse learners in urban school districts.
Briana Gochenour recently worked on the MassCAN project where she worked closely with Google to bring together top leaders in K-12 computer science education for a national conference. She previously has served as the Civic Engagement Manager City Year Boston where she ran events in over 60 different Boston Public Schools. Gochenour graduated from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. She holds a PMD Pro1 Certification in project management for the development sector.
