The Urban Collaborative is a national network of more than 100 school districts. These whose leaders are committed to increasing effective and inclusive special education services. They are also focused on and decreasing the disproportionality of culturally and linguistically diverse student populations in classification rates, separate educational environments, and disciplinary actions. Members of our professional learning community learn from and support each other to achieve these goals.


Member perks and benefits

Cost

Membership in the Urban Collaborative includes all district staff. Members have access to all resources. The cost of membership is determined by the size of the district.


Small-sized district: Membership fee of $2,600

For school districts with a total enrollment of less than 15,000 students


Medium-sized district: Membership fee of $4,100

For school districts with a total enrollment of 15,000 to 50,000 students


Large-sized district: Membership fee of $5,600

For school districts with total enrollment of more than 50,000 students


 

These membership rates apply only for districts within the contiguous United States. All other districts outside this area will be charged an additional $1,500 to cover travel expenses.
