The Collaborative is a network of special and general education leaders working together to improve outcomes for students with disabilities in the nation's urban schools. It was founded in 1994 on the premise that mutual support, sharing of information and resources, and planning/problem-solving partnerships will strengthen each member district's ability to . . .
Improve educational results and life opportunities
for
children and youth with disabilities in urban schools.
