Minotti is a Technology and Research Associate at EDC.
Ms. Minotti has 15 years of experience applying communication technologies in numerous settings; developing multimedia and web site applications; designing e-telecommunications and online professional development activities; establishing and sustaining online communities; evaluating online learning activities; writing extensively for the web; designing for print, Web, and multimedia; developing interactive databases; developing and executing strategic marketing, public education, and dissemination plans; and designing and teaching online courses.
Ms. Minotti's work in developing award-winning Web sites has received recognition
from numerous government, state, and national organizations.
